Sarah is a passionate agroecologist and activist scholar with a deep interest in understanding how social, ecological, political, and economic factors shape the socioenvironmental realities of Florida and the Caribbean Basin. Her research focuses on how Black, Indigenous, and people of color respond to food and environmental injustices in Central Florida.
